Covid 19 Protocol at Amat Chiropractic December 2021

 

 

We ask you to familiarise yourself with our Covid-19 safety protocol before your appointment. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to ask.

 


Before you arrive:​

  • If you are presenting with Covid-19 symptoms, DO NOT come in for treatment. Please re-schedule your appointment for 2 weeks later. You will not be charged a cancellation fee, but you will be charged if you do not inform us that you will not be attending the appointment

  • Please wear clean clothes that are appropriate for treatment (shorts/loose trousers, vest/t-shirt), as we cannot provide gowns

 


Upon arrival:

  • Please wait in your car until your appointment time – on street parking is available

  • Please do not bring friends or family members in with you (unless agreed before hand), we can only permit one patient in the clinic at any time

  • Please bring your own face covering to wear during treatment and 1 large clean towel for the bench. Ideally, we would also ask you to bring a hand towel to use on the bench head rest

  • Please go straight into the treatment room and use the hand sanitiser provided.

 


During the visit:

  • Your Chiropractor will be wearing Personal Protective Equipment. We ask that you wear a face covering whilst your Chiropractor is in the treatment with you. If you do not have one, we can provide one at a charge of £1.00. The mask is intended to protect other patients who use the bench after you

  • You and your Chiropractor will initially be able to speak at a 2-metre distance

  • Your Chiropractor will then enter the treatment room to examine and treat you

  • You can then book your next appointment and pay at a 2-metre distance

 


After the visit:

  • Your Chiropractor will dispose of PPE equipment

  • All surfaces will be cleaned and disinfected ready for the next patient
