Chiropractic care is often covered by medical insurance companies. Please check with your insurance provider and we will be happy to provide a receipt in order for you to claim back the treatment costs.
Payment is settled at the end of each treatment by card or cash. We offer our pre-pay packages to help you manage the cost of your treatment plan.
Please give at least 24 hours notice if you want to cancel your appointment, otherwise a cancellation fee the cost of the visit will be payable.
What will happen during my first Chiropractic visit?
Your first visit to our Bournemouth clinic for Chiropractic treatment will take approximately 60 minutes.
It will start with a thorough medical history to determine your general health status and give you an opportunity to discuss your current complaint. This is then followed by a physical examination, including bio-mechanical, orthopaedic, and neurological and chiropractic testing.
You may be asked to remove certain items of clothing for a conclusive examination. It is recommended that loose clothing, such as a vest and shorts or leggings/jogging bottoms, be worn as you will be moving about during the exam.
If it is appropriate and safe to proceed, a report of findings will be given and the first treatment will commence. If any further investigation is required, such as diagnostic imaging or blood tests, you will be referred before treatment starts.
If you have a current list of medication, diagnostic images or previous notes from another practitioner, these would be very beneficial to your Chiropractor in making a diagnosis and treatment plan.
After the session, your Chiropractor will advise you with specific advice related to your condition and you can make arrangements for further appointments.
How long will follow up visits take?
Please allow 20 minutes (or 40 minutes, if recommended by your Chiropractor) for follow up visits.

We are open Monday to Friday from 0900 to 1900 and Saturday 0900 to 1200. Please check our online booking page for availability.
